Heidi is an AI assistant. Your chat messages are stored on our server so the conversation continues if you come back, and so Chris can see questions Heidi couldn't answer. Use “Clear & delete” in the chat to permanently remove your conversation.

Agent Business Brief

Your brief stays in your browser tab unless you choose to send it to Chris.

Questions and requests

When you send a question, we store your name, email, optional phone, and message so Chris can reply. You are never automatically added to a marketing list. To request deletion, send a question on the Talk page asking for removal.

What not to share

Please don't share client records, transaction details, or detailed personal finances.
