Joining information

How joining eXp actually works

The plain facts

  • Joining happens through eXp Realty's official application process — not through this website.
  • Sponsorship is established during that official process, by your own declaration of who sponsored you.
  • No form, link, or conversation on this site places you in anyone's organization.
  • Fees, programs, and procedures can change — confirm current details in eXp's official documents before deciding.

The official destination

Already talking with another eXp agent?

Continue that conversation with them. This site respects existing professional relationships and won't compete for a sponsorship conversation you've already started elsewhere.

Ask for the official details

Send your question and Chris will reply with the current official joining information.

Two quick questions first

This helps us respect existing professional relationships.
